About Us

Country Flavours Catering was founded in 2000 by Lorna Brown. Lorna had been working in the catering industry for 19 years when she identified an opportunity in the marketplace for a catering company to supply delicious home-made food at affordable prices to weddings, corporate events and private parties.

Before starting Country Flavours Catering Lorna worked as part of the managerial team for:

• Lomond Castle hotel
• Popinjay hotel
• Duck Bay Marina
• Cameron House hotel

Country Flavours catering achieved the North Lanarkshire Eat Safe certification which only seven other companies in the region have achieved.
